Tong Guan is a nonprofit founder, social entrepreneur, and consultant with a decade of experience spanning nonprofits, technology, and startups. Fluent in English and Mandarin-Chinese, he helps CEOs, executive directors, and boards navigate cultural nuances, foster sustainable growth, and influence effective policy-making. Since establishing the Do What U Luv Foundation in 2014, he has implemented large-scale educational programs, driven systemic change, and launched an ed-tech social enterprise. Drawing on global experience in Canada and China, Tong advises leaders on organizational development, system modernization, and cross-cultural strategies to build resilient, inclusive organizations.

Joanna Angelidis brings over 20 years of experience in accessibility and inclusion, specializing in dismantling barriers and creating meaningful change. As co-chair of a polytechnic university’s Accessibility Committee, she leads the implementation of Accessible BC Act standards. Joanna offers expertise in accessibility audits, the development of inclusive organizational frameworks, and organizational training to ensure institutions meet high accessibility standards. Known for advocating universal design and individualized accommodations, she works with organizations to remove barriers and foster inclusive, equitable environments, bringing strategic insight and a commitment to systemic transformation.

JR LaRose is a Grey Cup champion and a proud member of One Arrow First Nation. Specializing in Truth and Reconciliation and Decolonizing Practices, JR helps organizations engage in meaningful dialogue to foster healing, equity, and inclusion. He is also an expert speaker on Workplace Safety, focusing on bullying, harassment, and violence prevention, as well as Overcoming Adversity, empowering individuals and teams to tackle challenges. Additionally, JR provides strategies for Sexual Violence Prevention at Universities, helping to create safer educational environments. His work supports organizations in addressing systemic barriers, power dynamics, and historical trauma, while creating inclusive, healing spaces.

Kaitlin Rai is a recognized expert in youth and family support, specializing in complex trauma response. She employs culturally responsive strategies and has specialized expertise in addressing gang involvement, sexual exploitation, and human trafficking through prevention and intervention. Pursuing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, Kaitlin strengthens well-being and resilience through consulting services in program development, community consultation, staff training, and direct client support.

Charisse Bacchus
Associate Consultant
Charisse Bacchus specializes in project management, program design, and implementation, focusing on sport for development and social impact. She holds a degree from the prestigious FIFA Master in Sport Management, Law, and Humanities, a globally recognized program conducted across De Montfort University (UK), SDA Bocconi School of Management (Italy), and the University of Neuchatel (Switzerland). With experience at CIES/FIFA, Charisse has worked on initiatives to support at-risk youth through sport and served as an Independent Director on the Canadian Soccer Association Board, advocating for diversity and inclusion. A former Track and Field athlete with 18 years of competitive experience, Charisse has represented Trinidad and Tobago internationally. As the founder of her own consultancy firm and a lecturer at Humber College, she is committed to empowering underserved communities through sport.
